Terry Mayo is a 1973 graduate of Boalt Hall, U.C.Berkeley's School of Law, and
a member in good standing of the California State Bar.

Terry has a client-driven practice and has represented many of the same individuals and companies for 30 years in a variety of matters, including real estate, business, estate planning and probate. Terry practices law the old-fashioned way giving each client his full attention with prompt responses and careful attention to details. Proficient in every aspect of real estate law, Terry has represented owners of commercial and residential real estate in purchases and sales of real property, tax free exchanges, leases, environmental issues, construction defect claims, landlord/tenant concerns, and a myriad of other real estate matters.

Mary Beth Mayo is a 1996 graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and a former Instructor of Finance at San Francisco State University.

She is a member in good standing of the California State Bar.

Mary Beth served as law clerk to the Honorable Randall J. Newsome, U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Oakland before joining Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco as an associate in the litigation group with an emphasis on business, trademark and intellectual property litigation. In June, 2000, Mary Beth joined Globalstar, a satellite telecommunications company, as in-house attorney where she was responsible for review, negotiation and drafting of contracts, sales agreements, licenses and real estate leases as well as international law (including formation of companies in the U.S., Europe and Japan), export and import licenses, and mergers and acquisitions. She provided both business and legal advice as general counsel to the domestic and international operating subsidiaries before joining Mayo & Rogers in 2004 where she specializes in business and commercial law, estate planning and probate and trust administration and litigation.
